We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best care for all our patients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

No Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel, you will be considered a NO SHOW.

After the 1st NO SHOW:

• Our office will contact you to attempt to reschedule your appointment.
• We reserve the right to charge a $25 no-show fee. However, if you reschedule, this fee will be waived.

After the 2nd NO SHOW (within 12 months):

• Our office will no longer attempt to reschedule your appointment.
• You will be placed on a waitlist and will only be seen if there is a last-minute cancellation or change.
• We reserve the right to charge a $25 no-show fee.

After the 3rd NO SHOW (within 12 months):

• Our office may choose, at our discretion, to dismiss you from the practice. This means you will be denied any future appointments and will no longer be seen by any doctor at our office.
• In addition, a $25 no-show fee will be charged.
